Yue Qingyuan

yue qingyuan has a very complicated past -- a slave boy who had to mature quickly to survive in the world. he comes off as calm, always smiling and capable of anything.
headcanons
yqy has immense guilt for never going back for shen jiu, despite trying. because of this, he often lets shen jiu "walk all over him" -- in a way of atonement. he rather face cruelty than silence.
yqy struggles to express his emotions -- he cannot force what he does not feel, but he bottles everything up.
yqy has several scars from when his shizun 'broke him down' and left him in the caves.
he suffers qi deviations if too stressed, and often has to drink medicinal teas to calm his nerves.
he has nightmares of his past abuse.
despite his clothing, yqy is rather built/large beneath his attire, but his soft brotherly aura makes it seem as if he doesn't / would never hurt a fly.dark
i consider yqy a worshipping yandere subtype, but will never express this in rp unless discussed.

my take on sqq goes under the way i generally protray him in my own fanfics ! bratty, but often calm and collected. he prefers being alone, and has a tendency to lash out in anger if he becomes overwhelmed.

As a child, Syndra was often blamed for any misfortune that fell upon her family -- while she herself, often would lose herself to the magic of her land. she was a shy, withdrawn girl who was mercilessly bullied not only by the village folk, but her brother the most. every day, she would go down to a ghost willow - a sacred tree her village adored.
there, her brother mocked her with his friends, and she cried, growing more and more angered at the taunts. it's only when they hit her first -- a clump of dirt at the back of her head, does the girl lash out. she steals the magic from the ghost willow -- killing the tree and showcasing her magic.
negative energy that formed into pure, black shimmering orbs. frightened, the others ran.
she (and her family) were to blame for the tree's demise, and her family moved, terrified of their daughter.
it's only when they meet konigan, a man willing to teach her magic, does syndra learn how to use it. her family was pleased to let her go, and so she travels with the man.
later, she realizes that konigan was dampening her magic, claiming it to be too volatile and dangerous, causing syndra to lash out and kill the man.
the land she lived on, feeling her rage and fury, the power of her magic, swept up and sunk her beneath the land, putting her into rest... until the war between noxus and ionia awakened her once more.magic
syndra's magic falls under 'spirit magic'. she distorts reality around her, but as it is heavily tied to her emotions -- which tend to be negative in nature, syndra's magic tends to drain the energy around her. she is capable of making one feel all the emotion of her attacks if the spheres fly through someone -- and, through the story The Dreaming Pool syndra is capable of killing/manipulating one's body on the spot. it can be due to her ability of 'telekinesis'

song xue is from a small, cultivator family that specialize in trickery. she found cultivation not much to her liking, despite forming a golden core -- and instead, wandered the land and settling into a brothel, where she can explore her talents as a guqin player.TGCF
